John Egenes - The Stone Soup Sessions
The Stone Soup Sessions brings together several of John Egenes friends and colleagues from all over the planet, each offering his or her own ingredients in a digital mixture of long distance collaboration. Given little or no guidance about what to play or how to play it, the musicians here are brought together in what Egenes refers to as “the 21st century folk process.” The songs evolve out of a serendipitous gathering of their various talents and styles, in a very organic way.
